Terms of service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This is a translation of the Spanish original. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Who provides the service

MirrorApps is the brand under which the Android apps AmiiboDB, NuzlockeVault and GlyphLine are published. The developer's identification and contact details, as a trader, are shown on its Google Play profile. For any question, the point of contact is support@mirrorapps.es.

What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of the three apps. By installing or using them you accept them. They apply together with the terms of Google Play, where the apps are downloaded and paid for. If anything in these terms conflicts with a right the law gives you as a consumer, the law always prevails.

Using the apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps on your devices for private, non-commercial purposes. The apps, their code, design, texts and original graphics belong to MirrorApps.

You may not:

Pro version and purchases

Ads

The free version of AmiiboDB and NuzlockeVault shows ads served by Google AdMob. The ads come from third parties: MirrorApps does not choose each ad and is not responsible for what advertisers offer. You can manage your consent in each app under Settings › Privacy options.

NuzlockeVault online features

Online Soul Link, run sync and the Google Drive backup require signing in with Google. You are responsible for what you share in a Soul Link room, such as the name of your run. We may close a room or an account used against these terms. You can delete your account at any time, as explained in Delete account and data.

Trademarks and third-party content

Availability and changes to the apps

We try to keep the apps working well and up to date, but we cannot guarantee they will run without interruptions or errors, especially where they depend on external services (Google, Firebase, PokeAPI, GitHub). The apps get updates, and a feature may change or be removed. If an update substantially removes something included in a Pro version you have already paid for, we will offer you a reasonable alternative or a refund.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as the loss of data you have not backed up, or for failures of third-party services. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Privacy

What data the apps process, why, and what rights you have is explained in the Privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will also announce it in the apps. The version in force is always the one on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and if you live in another European Union country you keep the protection its law gives you. Before making a claim, we would appreciate it if you wrote to us: almost everything can be solved by email.
