Delete account and data

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This is a translation of the Spanish original. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and its associated data in the NuzlockeVault app, developed by MirrorApps.

Do I have an account?

NuzlockeVault only creates an account if you choose to use its online features: online Soul Link or the Google Drive backup. The account is created when you sign in with Google. If you have never used those features, the app has not created any account and none of your data has been stored outside your device.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@mirrorapps.es following these steps:

  1. Use this subject line: Eliminar cuenta NuzlockeVault (Delete NuzlockeVault account).
  2. Send the email from the same Google account you used to sign in to the app, so we can verify that the request is yours.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

Deletion is completed within a maximum of 30 days of receiving the request.

The email opens with the subject already filled in.
